JOIN YOUR KICK-OFF MEETING

The SCG team will be in touch to schedule this meeting with you.

In this meeting we will introduce you to the team at SCG that will be working with you and we’ll discuss responsibilities from both sides as well as important contact details, deliverables and timelines.

SHARE RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION WITH US

The information we need from you to start work will depend on the service we are providing you.

We will inform you ahead of time in your kick off meeting

If you are a new company setup, we may need your company registration, a few director details, authority details.

If we are providing payroll service to you, we will need employment letters, bank details etc for your employees.

If we are taking over from an existing service provider, we will need to get closing balances, trial balance from your existing service provider.

RELAX WHILE WE GET YOU SET UP!

We will set you up as a new client in our accounting system (xero accounting software) and add you to our payroll database where applicable.

We may need a few things from you depending on what service we are providing. We’ll keep you posted and be in touch if we do.

BOOKMARK YOUR CHECK-INS

We’ll have check-ins at month 1, 3 and 6, as well as every 6 months after that.

These will be held on Zoom and will include touching base on the progress of work according to the contract and agreed timelines. These will be booked in as we go along.
